Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) to empower developers and agents in ensuring application performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on the company's products and the Monitoring space, addressing customer problems
  • Assist prospects with the technical evaluation of the product, overseeing the process from demo to implementation
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve technical documentation and support processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role, preferably in a dev-tools SaaS environment
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to read, write, and debug code (Javascript/Node.js preferred)
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance customer-facing work
  • Self-motivated and autonomous in a remote-first work environment
  • Located in the US (ET or CT time zones)
