Job Summary
Joining a fast-growing team, the full-time remote Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) will become an expert in Checkly's platform, assisting customers through technical evaluations and implementations while driving the Monitoring as Code revolution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist prospects with technical evaluations, from initial demos to successful implementations of Checkly
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights and share feedback with Product and Engineering teams
- Continuously improve technical documentation, processes, and policies while supporting customers as needed
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role, preferably in dev-tools SaaS, with a background in observability, monitoring, or testing
- Strong technical skills in reading, writing, and debugging code, particularly in Javascript/Node.js
- Experience using AI tools to enhance customer-facing work, such as generating demo code and building proof-of-concept repositories
- Exceptional empathy and curiosity, with a proactive mindset to build long-lasting customer partnerships
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with a preference for candidates located in the US (ET or CT time zones)
