Job Summary

Joining a remote-first team, the full-time Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) will empower developers by driving the Monitoring as Code revolution, assisting in technical evaluations, and enhancing customer relationships through direct engagement and support.

Key responsibilities
  • Become an expert on Checkly and the monitoring space, helping to solve customer problems
  • Assist prospects with technical evaluations from initial demos to successful implementations
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve technical documentation and processes
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role, preferably in dev-tools SaaS
  • Strong technical skills in reading, writing, and debugging code (Javascript/Node.js preferred)
  • Experience with observability, monitoring, or testing backgrounds
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for customer-facing tasks
  • Exceptional empathy and curiosity with a customer-oriented mindset
