Job Summary

Providing deep product and technical credibility, the full-time Sales Engineer - Veterinary Software will design tailored product demonstrations, manage technical questions, and collaborate with sales partners to support veterinary software solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and deliver product demonstrations based on customer needs, aligning software capabilities with measurable outcomes
  • Manage technical questions and objections while documenting additional customer needs, ensuring a consultative approach
  • Collaborate with sales teams on account strategy and provide technical handoffs at deal closure, contributing to solution architecture and implementation plans
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Veterinary Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years in sales engineering, solution consulting, or pre-sales roles in SaaS or veterinary technology
  • Proven expertise with PIMS systems such as ezyVet, Neo, and Cornerstone
  • Deep understanding of veterinary practice workflows and operational economics of small-animal or mixed practices
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS architecture, integration patterns, and data migration approaches
