Sales Engineering AI Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance the capabilities of the Sales Engineering team, the full-time remote Sales Engineering AI Specialist will design AI-powered training curriculums, lead educational sessions on AI capabilities, and create dynamic training materials to ensure the team remains at the forefront of AI knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced training curriculums using AI coaching tools and modern enablement platforms
- Lead in-person bootcamps and virtual sessions for educating SEs on AI capabilities and product architecture
- Create and iterate training materials using Generative AI to keep the SE knowledge base current with industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of implementing AI tools to enhance and scale enablement programs
- Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, and modern AI architectures
- Experience in delivering complex technical content through interactive bootcamps
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering
