Sales Engineering Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Coordinator II - Strategic Response.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales Engineering Division calendars and manage response pipelines
• Act as the point-of-contact for customers and team members during internal projects
• Track response deadlines and assist in maintaining a library of proposal content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Engineering Coordinator I, or 2-4 years in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of project management platforms and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Curious, creative, and resourceful with the ability to work independently
