Sales Engineering Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Engineering team in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Engineering Coordinator will manage project activities, prepare technical documentation, and assist in developing customer-focused solutions to ensure successful sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Sales Engineers to develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), project estimates, and technical documentation
• Coordinate project activities, participate in customer site surveys, and assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and customer meetings
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation while supporting administrative tasks for the Sales Engineering team

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Interest in technology, networking, and solution design
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
