Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Engineering to lead and scale its Sales Engineering function while being hands-on in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Sales Engineering team
  • Act as a player-coach in strategic and complex deals while coaching Solution Engineers
  • Establish best practices for technical discovery, demos, and technical closing
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring Sales Engineers in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of modern security architectures and Zero Trust principles
  • Proven ability to engage and influence enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with complex proof-of-value or proof-of-concept engagements
