Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the Sales Engineering team of former security practitioners
  • Architect and manage the sales process from technical discovery to deal closure
  • Serve as the technical escalation point across strategic customer engagements


Required Qualifications
  • Proven leadership in building high-performing Sales Engineering teams, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Experience in or directly supporting real security operations
  • Hands-on experience with POV/POC motions
  • Meticulous and process-driven mindset
  • Strong ability to communicate across technical and customer-facing contexts
