Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of sales engineering and effectiveness, the remote full-time Director of Sales Engineering & Effectiveness will enhance the company's market position, lead a team of subject matter experts, and develop strategic initiatives to support growth goals.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic opportunity identification and planning, coordinating deal support for key accounts and collaborating with the marketing team
  • Establish and enforce SLAs for complex deal modeling while driving tool enhancements and optimizing user experience
  • Hire, coach, and mentor a team of SMEs to ensure alignment with the Growth organization's objectives
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of progressive working experience
  • 5+ years of relevant sales, operations, and/or sales management experience in healthcare
  • Salesforce expertise and proficiency with Google Suite of Products
  • Proven track record of success as a sales leader
