Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Engineering Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive enablement programs for the pre-sales engineering team
- Collaborate with Product Management, Field CTOs, and Sales Leadership to translate product updates into sales strategies
- Manage demos, instances, and scripts to empower engineers to deliver impactful presentations during prospect meetings
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical enablement within the identity space
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly
- Experience in building enablement programs and utilizing LMS and enablement platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Solid understanding of the SaaS sales cycle
