Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee business development efforts to identify and develop new customers and products related to automated valves and control systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and manage customer relationships
  • Train customers on automated valve solutions and represent the company at trade shows and promotional events
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience
  • Strong understanding of flow, temperature, and pressure related to valve performance and applications
  • Working knowledge of automated valves, control valves, and valve automation systems
  • Ability to structure sales quotas and account plans
