Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee business development efforts to identify and develop new customers and products related to automated valves and control systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and manage customer relationships
- Train customers on automated valve solutions and represent the company at trade shows and promotional events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience
- Strong understanding of flow, temperature, and pressure related to valve performance and applications
- Working knowledge of automated valves, control valves, and valve automation systems
- Ability to structure sales quotas and account plans
