Job Summary

- Drive operational excellence by partnering with Revenue Operations to enhance CRM visibility and support sales initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Engineering team through hiring, mentoring, and regular assessments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales Engineering leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing teams to achieve high expectations and goals
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and email security landscape
- Experience in scaling teams and creating processes for tracking success
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in performance analysis and reporting
