Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to lead and enhance its Sales Engineering function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Engineers while ensuring technical excellence throughout the buyer journey
  • Own key SE metrics and maintain demo environments, templates, and objection handling guides
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Post-Sales to optimize SE workflows and processes
Required Qualifications
  • US-based & US Citizen
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and complex sales cycles
  • Proven ability to coach others on discovery and demo delivery
  • Experience building SE processes and documentation
