Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to serve as a technical consultant and team leader for their Solution Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored technical presentations and lead technical discovery for enterprise clients
  • Mentor and coach a team of Solution Engineers, promoting professional development and performance consistency
  • Support onboarding and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the enterprise sales lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting role within a B2B SaaS company
  • 1-3 years in a team lead or management role within a sales engineering or technical pre-sales team
  • Deep understanding of Linux, Mac, and Windows environments, including command-line usage
  • Expertise with hybrid cloud environments and enterprise network architectures
  • Proficient with technical documentation and diagramming tools
