Sales Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer Manager to lead and inspire Sales Engineering teams in the SENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Sales Engineers
• Build and execute technical enablement plans for channel partners and systems integrators
• Oversee onboarding and training of new Sales Engineering staff

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in Sales Engineering Management
• Proven ability to provide technical demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
• Experience with deployment, configuration, and integration of software-based solutions
• Experience using Salesforce.com
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
