Sales Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive activities for the Sales Engineering team
• Partner with sales management to achieve business objectives and support solution deployment
• Recruit, develop, and improve the Sales Engineering organization and processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related technical field preferred
• Minimum of eight years' experience in sales engineering or related fields
• At least five years of people leadership experience
• Experience in Sales Operations within growth organizations
• Strong understanding of telecommunications and Cloud technologies
