Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Engineering to lead a high-performing team in the Western US.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage a Solution Engineering team to achieve performance goals
• Develop and improve sales methodologies, product presentations, and training programs
• Collaborate with regional sales directors on account planning and strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a sales engineering manager and 5+ years as a sales engineer
• Strong understanding of the Identity Security market and solutions
• Experience managing team performance and driving sales success
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Residence in any Western US state is required
