Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Sales Engineers, providing guidance and coaching on complex deals
- Develop team members through regular feedback and career path discussions
- Manage team KPIs and ensure equitable staffing of opportunities to meet targets
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering or related pre-sales function within a B2B SaaS environment
- At least 3 years of experience leading Sales Engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to balance tactical leadership with strategic planning
- High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Experience with solution architecture and designing demo approaches is a plus
