Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Solutions Engineering team for Corporate and Mid-Market segments
  • Design and facilitate SE deal reviews, demo reviews, and team ceremonies to enhance performance
  • Implement standardized frameworks and processes for discovery, demos, and onboarding of SEs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering or a comparable pre-sales role within B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years of people management or formal team leadership experience
  • Experience with mid-market or commercial accounts in complex sales cycles
  • Proven ability to build or improve SE processes such as playbooks and onboarding programs
  • Strong prioritization skills in a high-growth environment
