Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing pre-sales engineering team
  • Coach and develop team members through training programs and continuous improvement
  • Establish operational cadence, including account strategy and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience leading Solution Engineering teams in a software or SaaS environment
  • 6-8 years of experience in pre-sales or leading technical teams
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain high-performing teams
  • Understanding of the Identity Security market is a plus
  • A Bachelor's in Computer Science is preferred but equivalent experience is acceptable
