• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering for continuous feedback and alignment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in a SaaS environment
• Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles, ideally in Northern Europe
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
