Job Summary
Supporting the strategy and execution of sales enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Engineering Manager will manage the development of internal resources, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and optimize sales processes to enhance commercial effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the creation and improvement of sales enablement resources to enhance field effectiveness
- Coordinate with Product and stakeholders to ensure timely access to relevant sales information
- Support complex sales opportunities by clarifying solution positioning and facilitating team collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related functions
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve process effectiveness and commercial execution
