Sales Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Sales Engineers, the full-time remote Manager, Sales Engineering will coach and develop high-performing team members, collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute strategies, and act as a technical expert in digital dentistry to drive sales success.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor Sales Engineers to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align Sales Engineering efforts with revenue goals
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's product knowledge and demonstration techniques
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical role within the dental space
- Proven track record of success in exceeding targets through technical sales support
- Deep understanding of digital dentistry and the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively
- BA/BS degree preferred
