Job Summary

To support a critical phase of hyper-growth, the full-time remote Sales Engineering Team Lead will build and scale the technical sales function, mentor Solution Engineers, and act as a strategic advisor on major enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and drive the Sales Engineering team to achieve assigned goals
  • Manage individual and team performance, ensuring high levels of effectiveness
  • Work with Regional Sales directors on account planning and strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and Identity Security principles
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and managing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and business audiences
  • Preferred education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
