Job Summary

A company is looking for an MRP Sales Estimator & Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to assess project scope and develop accurate estimates
Train new hires and existing team members on estimating standards and technology
Serve as a subject matter expert and assist in implementing best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience required
10+ years of customer service experience, preferably in construction or home services
10+ years of experience with Xactimate/Symbility systems and project management tools
