Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Finance leaders to manage pipeline sufficiency and provide actionable insights for performance analysis
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations/management, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders or clients
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • U.S. citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions
