Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Excellence & Methodology Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enforce the sales methodology across all teams and regions
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and frameworks for the sales process
- Deliver monthly sales excellence programs and provide structured coaching to sales representatives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or Sales Leadership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in architecting and sustaining sales methodologies at scale
- Ability to provide tactical coaching on live deals and calls
- Demonstrated success in designing scalable learning paths and playbooks
- Experience in using CRM data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions
