Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to enhance the effectiveness of the Commercial Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of sales strategies, processes, and tools to improve effectiveness
- Own the management, optimization, and adoption of the Sales CRM platform
- Drive continuous improvement through process refinement and performance insights
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting or enabling Commercial or B2B sales organizations
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer activation
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and tools
