Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to enhance the effectiveness of the Commercial Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of sales strategies, processes, and tools to improve effectiveness
  • Own the management, optimization, and adoption of the Sales CRM platform
  • Drive continuous improvement through process refinement and performance insights
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or enabling Commercial or B2B sales organizations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer activation
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and tools
