- Instill sales process discipline and ensure adherence to standards within the segment/region
- Coach sales teams and build relationships to enhance effectiveness and execution of key priorities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations/management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders or clients
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
- 5+ years managing projects, including planning and change management experience
