Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through account or business planning and provide business insights for positive changes
  • Instill sales process discipline and ensure adherence to standards within the segment/region
  • Coach sales teams and build relationships to enhance effectiveness and execution of key priorities


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations/management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders or clients
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years managing projects, including planning and change management experience
