Job Summary
Leading the transformation of third-party vendor sales teams, the full-time Sales Excellence Manager will redesign sales motions to incorporate agentic AI and automation, enhancing productivity and customer engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of vendor sales motions by integrating agentic AI and automation to improve seller productivity
- Design and optimize scalable sales motions for vendor teams to align with company strategy and customer experience principles
- Manage program and regional performance, establishing consistent business rhythms and executive reporting frameworks
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales motion design and scalable process development for large or distributed sales teams
- Background in sales management or a sales excellence lead role with a proven track record of coaching teams
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or vendor management in a third-party sales environment
- Ability to translate complex performance data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
