Required qualifications
  • Experience in sales motion design and scalable process development for large or distributed sales teams
  • Background in sales management or a sales excellence lead role with a proven track record of coaching teams
  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or vendor management in a third-party sales environment
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
