Job Summary
To drive consistent commercial execution, the full-time Sales Execution Senior Manager will design and implement sales playbooks, optimize enterprise pipeline and deal execution, and enhance provider engagement strategies, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy field-ready playbooks for Enterprise Sales and Customer Success to standardize engagement and referral generation
- Standardize the sales journey and provide frameworks to increase conversion and drive pipeline hygiene
- Optimize BDM model and improve outreach quality to enhance provider engagement and referral processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, or Proposal Management, preferably in healthcare or digital health
- Proven track record of building sales playbooks that enhance execution and conversion
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles with health plans and health systems
- Strong understanding of proposal strategy and RFP coordination
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, field-ready execution
