Job Summary
To drive revenue and shape go-to-market strategy, the fully remote Head of Sales will build pipeline through partnerships, manage strategic relationships, and support early customer programs for the Overtime.ai platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build pipeline through partnerships, industry relationships, and targeted outreach
- Develop and manage strategic partners and create opportunities for distribution and adoption
- Collaborate with the sales team on key opportunities and support early deal shaping and customer conversion
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise software, fintech, or receivables management
- Experience building partnerships or new revenue channels
- Experience in healthcare partnerships or go-to-market strategy
- Strong communication and industry presence
- Comfortable working across teams without direct authority
