Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience in Benefits Administration
- Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of technical products and solutions
- Proven track record in consultative sales with Brokers, Consultants, and Employers
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with mid-level and C-suite executives
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills with a results-driven attitude
