Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Sales to build, scale, and lead its enterprise revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise revenue growth from ~$13M ARR to ~$40M+
- Build a repeatable enterprise sales motion and improve forecast accuracy
- Lead and develop the enterprise AE team while partnering with the CEO on growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise sales execution and deal control
- Strong consultative selling skills with executive presence
- Highly structured with disciplined pipeline and forecasting habits
- Excellent judgment in hiring and coaching sales teams
- Background working closely with product-led or technical founders
