Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales to build, scale, and lead its enterprise revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive enterprise revenue growth from ~$13M ARR to ~$40M+
  • Build a repeatable enterprise sales motion and improve forecast accuracy
  • Lead and develop the enterprise AE team while partnering with the CEO on growth strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales execution and deal control
  • Strong consultative selling skills with executive presence
  • Highly structured with disciplined pipeline and forecasting habits
  • Excellent judgment in hiring and coaching sales teams
  • Background working closely with product-led or technical founders
