Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth
- Lead and support sales teams on complex opportunities and manage large enterprise deals
- Build and scale the sales organization while ensuring cross-functional alignment and process discipline
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology
- Experience scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies
- Background in healthcare delivery or related operational B2B verticals is a plus
- Professional certifications or an MBA are considered advantageous
