Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales to lead its go-to-market strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the go-to-market engine to drive predictable revenue growth
  • Own the full sales cycle and lead complex enterprise negotiations
  • Develop and implement a repeatable playbook for outbound demo closed-won conversion
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of startup or founder experience building sales functions from scratch
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from $0-$10M+ ARR in 12 months or less
  • 5+ years of experience selling to Enterprise and Fortune 500 clients
  • Experience closing $1M+ ARR deals in 6 months or less
  • High ownership and autonomy mindset; self-managed and self-motivated
