Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Sales Executive MHS, Franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue by soliciting business from various segments, including small business accounts and past leads
  • Coordinate with Property Sales Leader to identify key accounts and manage daily sales activities
  • Utilize internal systems to track leads and ensure effective communication of market trends and opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or related fields, or a 2-year degree in a relevant field with no experience required
  • Preferred: 4-year college degree and previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality
  • Knowledge of property-specific business segments such as group, catering, and transient
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry and market dynamics
  • Ability to utilize business information systems for effective sales management
