Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to drive the expansion of a cloud-based scheduling and project management software for trade contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-potential subcontractors within the residential construction ecosystem
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand the unique pain points of trade contractors
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in construction technology or ERP
- Deep understanding of the subcontractor-homebuilder relationship and operational challenges
- Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a disciplined approach to prospecting
- Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value for stakeholders
- Experience using CRM tools for activity tracking and forecasting
