Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to drive the expansion of a cloud-based scheduling and project management software for trade contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect high-potential subcontractors within the residential construction ecosystem
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand the unique pain points of trade contractors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in construction technology or ERP
  • Deep understanding of the subcontractor-homebuilder relationship and operational challenges
  • Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a disciplined approach to prospecting
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value for stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM tools for activity tracking and forecasting
