Job Summary

To drive growth in the Central Region, the full-time AVP of Sales will develop and execute a sales strategy targeting enterprise health systems, build executive-level relationships, and lead negotiations for multi-million dollar deals, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across enterprise health systems
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with C-Suite leaders and key stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations, RFPs, and contract structuring for multi-million dollar system-wide deals
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales within MedTech, medical devices, or healthcare capital equipment
  • Strong relationships and deal-making experience with Tier 1 health systems and IDNs
  • Proven success in developing new markets and consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Expertise in complex enterprise sales, including multi-stakeholder negotiations and RFPs
  • Ability to thrive in both startup and enterprise environments
