Job Summary
Targeting subcontractors in the residential construction sector, the remote Regional Sales Executive will identify prospects, conduct discovery sessions, and deliver tailored demonstrations of the ECI Bolt platform while managing the full sales cycle and maintaining a strong pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-potential subcontractors partnering with large-scale homebuilders
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand trade contractors' unique pain points
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in construction technology or ERP
- Deep understanding of the subcontractor-homebuilder relationship and operational challenges
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for influencing decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to prospecting and pipeline management
- Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce knowledge as a plus
