Job Summary

Engaging B2B prospects, the full-time Sales Executive will drive sales of digital and direct mail marketing tools through high-volume outbound calls while working remotely in a supportive and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Engaging B2B prospects through a high volume of outbound phone calls to book appointments and drive sales
  • Consistently achieving activity and performance KPIs, including phone time, dials, and sales volume
  • Following an established sales process while incorporating coaching and feedback from management
Required Qualifications
  • Resident in one of the specified states with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet
  • Available to work a 40-hour standard schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST) weekdays
  • Energetic, resilient, and positive attitude with strong communication and persuasion skills
  • High integrity, work ethic, reliability, and self-discipline to perform independently in a remote environment
  • Driven to exceed goals and thrive in high-rejection, high-volume outbound sales
