Job Summary

As a hunter-first closer, the full-time remote Sales Executive will design and execute outbound sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and leverage AI to drive demand and create long-term partnerships with landscape, snow, and tree care companies.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and run outbound sales initiatives, including building targeted account lists and executing call blocks
  • Own the complete sales cycle from discovery to closing, ensuring no handoffs occur once an opportunity is identified
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and refine sales processes while maintaining a rigorous pipeline in Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role with a proven track record of net-new logo acquisition
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with experience in call blocks and self-sourced deals
  • Strong operational discipline and proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tools
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI in sales workflows for research and analysis
  • Genuine interest in the operations of landscape, snow, and tree care businesses
