Job Summary

Driving sales strategy and execution, the full-time Head of Sales will manage enterprise-level deals, lead a growing team of Account Executives, and build a repeatable sales system, all while working remotely across North America.

Key responsibilities:
  • Engage directly in strategic deal-making alongside Account Executives, crafting presentations and narratives
  • Enhance AE productivity and team performance, ensuring top-quartile results and accurate forecasting
  • Develop a scalable sales methodology and collaborate cross-functionally to align with marketing and product teams
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience carrying an enterprise quota in a sales leadership role
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS landscape, particularly in AI and legal sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sales playbooks
  • Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration to drive sales success
