Job Summary
Driving sales strategy and execution, the full-time Head of Sales will manage enterprise-level deals, lead a growing team of Account Executives, and build a repeatable sales system, all while working remotely across North America.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage directly in strategic deal-making alongside Account Executives, crafting presentations and narratives
- Enhance AE productivity and team performance, ensuring top-quartile results and accurate forecasting
- Develop a scalable sales methodology and collaborate cross-functionally to align with marketing and product teams
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience carrying an enterprise quota in a sales leadership role
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS landscape, particularly in AI and legal sectors
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sales playbooks
- Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration to drive sales success
