Job Summary

Leading a US-based sales team, the full-time SVP of Sales will collaborate with the CRO to shape go-to-market strategies for ad measurement products, drive revenue growth, and develop team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Manage and optimize the sales team structure to achieve revenue growth goals
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales team members while tracking performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of sales management experience in a high-growth technology and services company
  • Knowledge of the measurement/adtech category and ecosystem
  • Proven ability to lead teams of 6-8+ salespeople and exceed sales goals
  • Experience with recruiting and mentoring sales talent
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICCC and sales methodologies like Value Selling or Challenger
