Job Summary

To shape go-to-market strategy and drive revenue in a fully remote environment, the Head of Sales will build pipeline through partnerships, market engagement, and early customer programs for the Overtime.ai platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Build pipeline through partnerships, industry relationships, and targeted outreach
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive distribution and adoption
  • Collaborate with sales teams on key opportunities and support early deal shaping
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, fintech, or receivables management
  • Proven track record in building partnerships or new revenue channels
  • Experience in healthcare partnerships or go-to-market strategy
  • Strong industry presence and communication skills
  • Ability to work across teams without direct authority
