Job Summary
To drive revenue in a rapidly evolving market, the full-time Head of Sales will build pipeline through partnerships, market engagement, and early customer programs for the Overtime.ai platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build pipeline through partnerships, industry relationships, and targeted outreach
- Develop and manage strategic partners to drive distribution and embedded adoption
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team on key opportunities and ensure smooth handoff of leads
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, revenue development, or growth, with experience in healthcare markets
- Proven track record in building partnerships or new revenue channels
- Experience in healthcare partnerships or go-to-market strategy
- Strong industry presence and communication skills
- Ability to work across teams without direct authority
