Job Summary
Driving revenue for represented hotels, the full-time FLEX Sales Executive will proactively solicit new business from small accounts, coordinate property support, and collaborate with leadership to implement competitive sales strategies while working onsite or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales activities by identifying top accounts and coordinating efforts to drive demand for stakeholder hotels
- Solicit new business from various sources, including non-deployed small business accounts and internal referrals
- Collaborate with sales channels to establish coordinated efforts that enhance customer loyalty and service excellence
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or a related field, or a 2-year degree in a relevant major
- Preferred 4-year college degree and previous experience in proactive lead generation within the hospitality sector
- Knowledge of property-specific business segments such as group, catering, and transient
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools for lead generation
- Ability to manage customer relationships and maintain accurate lead information
