Job Summary

Leading a distributed sales organization, the full-time Head of Sales will define and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth through customer expansion and new customer acquisition in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leads and their distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, partnerships, and revenue channels
  • Build and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and enablement programs to improve consistency and scalability
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of sales experience, including leadership roles in technology, SaaS, or related industries
  • Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive net-new business and revenue growth
  • Experience leading distributed sales teams across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot
