Sales Executive

Job Summary

To drive sales growth and client retention, the full-time remote Client Sales Executive III will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and promote additional sales while mentoring new Client Executives and developing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and monitor renewals and upsells to existing targeted business clients
• Develop and maintain account plans with strategic goals for the current client base
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to drive add-on, renewals, and upsell business growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Ability to effectively present business cases and ROI to clients
